Hiring us to find you a home to lease

If we don’t have what you are looking for in our inventory, you can hire a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent to assist you in locating a house to lease. The fee for our time and expertise is $100.00 payable upfront. In return, we will provide a knowledgeable rental agent who will show you houses that match your criteria and you will see a minimum of four (4) houses during this time. Once a house is located, we will assist you with submitting an application, negotiating a lease and then with the move-in process. Please note, this service is only for houses where we are not representing the landlord (which are the ones in our own inventory).
