Listing your home in our system
You give us permission to list your property in our database of homes for rent. This includes our local MLS, major national rental sites, You get the full benefit of this expensive marketing without incurring the big fees. You get the full advertising package we give our managed properties with nothing held back.
It’s a “non-exclusive” listing / marketing agreement.
That means you can continue to market it yourself, and list it with other rental marketing systems, at the same time you have it with PRM. You owe us nothing additional if you lease it yourself or through another system.
We take the calls
We take phone calls from all potential interested tenants and weed out those that are just looking or are completely unqualified. Calls are answered Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:30. Weekend calls are returned promptly on Monday morning. E-mail inquiries are monitored 6 days a week and their contact information is forwarded to you.
Screened and Informed Tenants
We try to handle the bulk of the questions and work to make sure that the people interested in your home would be able to qualify. This is not always possible, but we do our best to weed out those obviously unqualified. Once they show interest in viewing your property, we will pass their information to you so you can schedule a showing.
Full application and credit report
Once you have a tenant ready to rent your property, you can redirect them to our website to run a full application at no additional cost to you. This report is then given to you so you can make a final determination about the worthiness of your new tenant and to make a final approval or denial.
