For a currently leased property, our charge is $300.00 to create the file. Included in this charge are:

1. Introduction letter;
2. Visit to the property and introduction to current tenants;
3. Inspection of the property;
4. Setting up tenants so they may pay their bills online;
5. Reaffirming the importance of paying their rent on time and following HOA rules and
6. regulations should they apply; Ensuring the terms and conditions of the contract are being followed by the tenants as you intended
   when you originally leased the home to the current tenants.
